Welcome to my homepage. I am an assistant professor in the Finance Department, School of Business, University of Miami. I graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Ph.D. degree in Economics (financial economics area). Before joining this school, I taught in School of Economics and Finance & School of Business, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Hong Kong. My research interests include interactions between financial markets and corporate decisions/corporate governance, managerial compensation, empirical asset pricing and investment, and financial econometrics.
