Welcome to my homepage. I am an assistant professor in the Finance Department, School of Business, University of Miami. I graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Ph.D. degree in Economics (financial economics area). Before joining this school, I taught in School of Economics and Finance & School of Business, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Hong Kong. My research interests include empirical asset pricing and financial econometrics, managerial compensation, interactions between financial markets and corporate decisions/corporate governance, in connection with macroeconomics, regulations, and capital market research in accounting.
